Duane L. Coker is an attorney in Denton, Texas. Duane has been a practicing Denton County family lawyer for the past 11 years. He is the owner of Duane L. Jacqueline D. Cannon has been an associate attorney at  the law offices of Duane L. Coker & Associates, P.C. in Denton, Texas since fall 2008. Jackie handles all types of family law cases for the firm, including divorce, child support, and child custody cases.  She also represents clients in probate and guardianship matters.  Jackie is active in the Denton, Texas legal community, is a member of the Denton County Bar Association and the Denton County Family Law Section.  Jackie has been certified as an Attorney Ad Litem by the State Bar of Texas, frequently representing children in cases involving Texas Child Protective Services.

Steve Walker, CPA

Steve Walker has over 30 years accounting, tax, valuation, and forensic accounting experience. His practice focuses exclusively on family law matters in the areas of collaborative practice, litigation support, and forensic accounting. Mr. Walker is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Prior to returning to practice in 2004, Mr. Walker worked for one of the country’s largest family law firms where he was involved with client cases dealing with characterization, valuation, tax, and financial issues while also serving as part of the firm’s management team as Executive Director.

Travis T. Scott

Travis was born and raised in the North Texas area.  After graduating from The University of North Texas in 2002, he entered into the mortgage industry.  Since then, he has helped hundreds of families from all different walks of life with their home financing. He has extensive experience in customers who have less than perfect credit, great credit, investors, self-employed, new construction, FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, and USDA.  His support team has decades of experience in the mortgage industry as well.

Travis lives in Denton with his wife and 6 children.  He’s active at church and various music ministries.  In his spare time, he enjoys being active in family life, writing music, golf, baseball, camping, and is an avid fan of the MEAN GREEN and the Texas Rangers.
